PROBLEMS SETTING UP THE APP ON SAMSUNG GALAXY S6
#1
When setting up  new account or changing the settings in an existing account on a Samsung Galaxy S6 the screen that appears for the typing function obscures the import and done buttons - so to actually complete the setup exercise is next to impossible!
Ive experienced the same problem with most android hardware
PLEASE HELP THE NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS THAT COMPLAIN >>>>>>>>>>>>>

Hmm, I have an S8 and have just checked.
When I enter this screen I get the right hand hot button (which is below the screen you have there) changed from a back arrow to a down arrow. Pressing this closes the keyboard.
This is the same operation on my wifes S9, and I think her previous A5.

What version of OS are you running ?
My phone shows android version 8.0.0 if it helps.

I just tried this again on my phone and can reproduce what you are seeing. I believe it could be because of your phone settings.

If you swipe up from the bottom of the screen does it present the navigation bar ?
If this does it, double click on the dot on the left of the navigation bar so it doesn\'t auto-hide. You can double tap it again to auto-hide the bar again :-)

I hope this helps. Obviously if this doesnt do it, I\'ve been no help at all :?

Thanks I was trying to figure out how to lock that navigation bar, as I prefer to have it available all the time

My S6 does NOT swipe up.
As far as I can see this would not be a default option and after a few minutes searching through the settings I cannot see where this would be activated.
So when is the long awaited update to the app expected? May be first 1/4 of 2019?
