I think both black and silver versions are needed, just to make it look right amongst your existing wallmounted switches. Some are with a silver finishing, so design A would look good. on the other hand design B looks better and has IR. I think that is necessary.

\"B\" with the size of lettering that is used on \"A\".
We also have a lot of houses that use white switches and sockets can there be a option for white?

Design C also has IR, this is why the central area is the black IR transparent material
White is a possibility

This might be a bit of an odd-ball suggestion but here goes anyway.
dcrera suggested a surface mount option.
Would it be possible for the two parts (keypad and intercom)to be framed in such a manner that they will fit into something like an MK Logic plus frame. That way the customer can choose the colour and style of surround to match all other fittings in the property.
Like I say, possibly a bit left field since I expect each market will have its preferred fittings suppliers.
Or maybe you could produce your owjn frames that look similar ?

I think there is too much changing in each design and since it is a modular system my vote would be:
Voice station (left module) from C as is had the clearest indicators and vol control
Keypad from A as it has the cleanest look
Surround from B as it is simple and has IR, although white would be prefered.
