I have a KT01 with FW 1.9.1

Is there a newer there a newer version?

Where do I get it?

How is it installed?

I downloaded mine from cytech.biz web site.
To install, simply use the clipsal software.

Specifically, 2.2.3 is the latest firmare for the KT01 touchscreen and it can be downloaded from the www.cytech.biz site.

The downloads are in the Product Information section > Downloads> Software

The firmware allows the Piced software from Clipsal to be used for configuration

Note that this is the firmware for the touchscreen and NOT the firmware for the UCM inside the KT01

Firmware upgrade is a function in the CTouch/Piced software
As your firmware is the oldler version use the C-Touch software which was supplied in the CDROM to upgrade the firmware to 2.23.0. From memory this is on the File menu
Once the firmware is upgraded you can use the Piced software which I am told is more advanced
