System not announcing area of activation

Hi,
I have an issue with the system in that when a zone is activated and you get a call from the system there is no voice to tell where the activation is (which zone).
Also when you go to the door station is also does not tell you which zone has been activated.

Are you dialing out by gsm or  phone line?
First is there anmy voice on the keypad when you log in with your user code? if you dont have voice on the keypad then you will not hear it in the phone call

THe system is using a GSM to contact the mobile.
It was working but something seems to have happened.
In your last reply you suggested to replace the GSM unit which i have done but still no different.
Very hard to know which area has activated the alarm when the is no voice.

is there any voice on the keypads?  Sign in with your usert code on the keypad. You should hear the welcome menu, eg Welcome security off. If there i noi voice then the vocabulary is cortrupted, and you have to upgrade the vocab in Comfigurator. 

If there is voice on the keypad then check if the Audio 5 way multicolour cable is connected fomr the GSM Module to the CM9001 - This is nOT the 4 way rs485 cable)
