System not announcing area of activation - raygregg114 - 09-23-2026
Hi,
I have an issue with the system in that when a zone is activated and you get a call from the system there is no voice to tell where the activation is (which zone).
Also when you go to the door station is also does not tell you which zone has been activated.

Are you dialing out by gsm or phone line?
First is there anmy voice on the keypad when you log in with your user code? if you dont have voice on the keypad then you will not hear it in the phone call
