U/UCM no life from the ETH port
#1
I have had this unit for some time and has had no use of late. I want to start using this as the connectivity for the Home Assistant MQTT bridge, but found the ETH port has no life and no link on the switch. The UCM itself appears OK. Honestly, I can\'t recall what I last used it for.
Is there anything wrong with the DIP setup here? Any tips to pop it back to life? It\'s running 7.117, just updated it from an older release.
Thanks

You can see it in Comfort server manager?

I can see it in Comfigurator and I\'ve updated the firmware OK. There\'s no link light and DS Manager can\'t find it (because there\'s no link)

If you use DS Manager it is for ETH02. CS Manager is for ETH03. ET0-3 should be 20 years old so yu should replace with eth03.
ETH02 may not be compatible with many new features

I only need it for the MQTT IF. Do the settings look OK on the board? No reason why it shouldn\'t work, it has previously.

is thegreen RDY led stead on th UCM base board? are the D9 red and D10 green leds blibkin on the base indicating the the UCM is communicating with ComfortIf everythng is OK on the UCM then ETH02 should be faulty, Electronic components have a failure rate which incraeses with time. ETH02 also runs hot which is not that good. I suspect the ETH-2 has failed
