pressing door bell does not ring phones

Thanks lab-art for the reply.
I can call and controll the Comfort from both the fix line and the GSM number using the *code#.
The connection to the RGR are ok as I wire the J101 to the AC14V and from J102 to the top right blue connector. The left side of the J102 to the left side top righ blue connector and so forth. Is there any order? Anyhow, pressing the door bell only the keypad rings and the RGR ticks for 30-60 sec. Any other way to test the RGR connection?
Where do I programm the phone. Numbers?

Programming the phone numbers is in Security > Phone numbers, but this is for dialing out. It has nothing todo with ringing the internal phones

Do you have another phone for testing? If so please try this instead of the seimens to test if it is related to the phone
