Comfort II does not support Partitiomning
You can make use of the Day and Night modes for partial arming of certain areas within the house to implement a similar function to partitions
LEM03-M2 has 16 inputs, hence you have a total of 24 Inputs and 8 outputs when added to the Main Comfort panel
If you want another 8 outputs, y0ou can use a RIO
The Slave SEP01-M2 is not a UCM, they have different functions. You can have a maximum of 3 Slaves (with their own LEMs) and 8 UCMs

There are two methods
1 - Create Zone Types which are active in Day Mode only, or Night Mode Only. Got to Security Types > Zone Types and create the zone types there. Assign the zones to one of the new zones types, so that the zones are active in Night mode only or day mode only
2 - Program a keypad function key to Omit a number of zones before arming.
