Home Control doesn't trigger responses

As you can see in the attached image, when i enter in the control menu and i press one of the programmed options, nothing appens.
None of the responses are triggered, nor via keypad, nor via phone.
What is wrong ?

Please send the ccl file to support@cytech.biz so we can examine it.

The Home Control Menu definately works - there is no question about that, as it is used in almost every Comfort system as one of the basic features.
Your specific problem could be due to one of the conditions in the Home control Response not being fulfilled, eg IF something then do this
We have tested your ccl file. The correct actions are activated by the Home control menu, although we were unable to duplicate the analog inputs that you have connected
