Er yes BUT if you replace the battery and don\'t reset it will reset anyway on the next battery check ( as you have a new battery).
So once again surely having a menu that simply confuses people is worse than having no menu at all.

It is still useful to be able to check it immediately

If there is anything wrong with the battery connection, then a battery test will give the battery alarm so you know there is a problem, instead of waiting until the installer has gone back

When we used to have the charging lamps, sometimes they blow up and do not charge the battery, so after you change the battery it still gives low battery and it is better to discover on the site

Also the way it works is the battery test duration starts from the last battery test, so if you do it  manually, say at 12 PM and the duration is 24 hours it will happen at 12 PM the next day and subsequent days
