I have noticed that after a fire alarm activation the LCD display reads PHONE 0 or PHONE18.

This does not clear when security off. It does clear when a full reset takes place.

Anybody else have similar behaviour..

Maybe because the system was old firmware.....

It is always advisable to upgrade to the new firmware, otherwise you may be chasing a bug which was already fixed

The Event log should show exactly what the alarms are
