Crackling on KP04 When Speaking

I have 4 KP04s - 2 crackle when speaking.

I\'ve checked Cat5e wires are not near mains cables, they are not, I\'ve checked BUS wires are not near mains wires, but can\'t get crackling to stop

Any ideas?

It is probably due to faulty speakers. This batch of speakers had some problems
