Hi, I have 3 keypads, 2 No. KP04\'s and 1 No KP03. When I look under modules at the keypads both the KP04\'s are version 1.012 but the KP03 in showing unknown. Is the an upgrade to sort this as I don\'t see any firmware for the KP03.

I think I read somewhere else on the forum that you would have to send back to Cytech for them to upgrade at factory as they cant be upgraded by us.

The KP03 firmware reporting for Firmware version was only implemented recently
There are no changes in functionality besides being able to report the firmware version when you scan the modules so the KP03 is working when the version detected is \"Unknown\"

Unlike the UCM, Comfort and SEMs KP03 and KP04 firmware cannot be upgraded via Bus, because the processor used in these keypads does not allow this function.

In this case, I dont think it would be worth returning to the factory to do the upgrade to allow firmware version to be scanned
