If you have upgraded firmware to 5.145 and above and the keypad volume is very soft, this is due to the new volume control menu for each keypad
Sign in to Comfort and press 7 for Volume
The menu will say \"Volume, ..0 to 99\"
Enter new number anbd # key
Enter 50 and the # key to set the default volume
A higher number will give higher volume and vice versa
Do this for each keypad. Each keypad can set a different Volume level
if you do not hear the menu \"7 for Volume\" in user menu, you need to upgared the vocabulary to Kate 28 which you can download from here
Use Comfigurator 3.0.x to Write the new vocabulary to Comfort. Go to Transfer Menu > Vocab Upgrade and select the file kate28.bin
