Hi Mr Chiu,
I have programmed my zones 25 to 30 to bypass zone using SwitchNO response. They have been working fine for the last 2 years or so. However, last 2 or 3 weeks I realized that bypass switches are no longer working. Now, the system announces these zones as "zone Trouble". As a result, I cannot arm the system. Appreciate your support.

Zone Trouble means there is a problem with the zone wiring. eg brokenm wiring. Are these zone using EOL resistors? What is the EOL shunts position on these zones. If there are wrng eg set to Double EOL position but the EOL resistors are not connected then you will have zone trouble.
if the shunts are set to NO EOL,. then you can test by disconnecting the zone wires from the zones. and connecting a wire to short and Open the zone, Do you get Zone Trouble?

I used Comfort configurator to setup the response. Does that required physical EOL resistor to be installed?

From your email, you have purchased a new SEM01C without zone shunts but you have connected the old LEM03 (which has zone shunts) to this SEM01C. This caused th LEM03 zones to have zone trouble. You ether need to get a new LEM02B or LEM03B without zone shunts so that it can be compatible with the SEM01C, or connect  2 EOL resistors to every zone in the old LEM03 if you want to keep the old LEM03

Can I share the 2.2k resistor between Z25 and Z26 as shown in below diagram?

No, each zone must have its own 2k2 series resistor

Chiu,
I have installed each zones separately with 2 EOL resistors connected to the old LEM03. Set the shunts to be away from the terminal blocks. Pressed the reset button. But the problem of Zones Trouble is still not resolved.
Kindly advise what could be the problem?
