I am running V3.13.6.0 on Win10 and have tried to print to PDF using the installed windows driver. Win10 use the PORTPROMPT: destination/port which should lead to the file dialog being opened so you can add the file name. I've tried this with other apps and it works fine but in Comfigurator it just goes back to the event log |

I saw the same problem. Print to PDF doe not work. I have not used that before In the meantime I suggest you save the Log File to text and print that. |

Hi, I have tried that but the 'save as type' only lists 'Comfort Event Log Files (*.clg)' and 'blank' but not text As a hack I took 'blank' and just specified a file extension of .txt and it has saved the file as text 'txt' should really be listed as an option |

.clg can be opened by the event Log using Load Eventr Log file. As it is a text file, you can open it with any text editor just like a txt file extension |

Thanks, I have gone back and validated that it is a text file and that it can be loaded by notepad etc. You probably should remove the 'blank' option then in the file menu Another capability that would be useful is the ability to mark and copy multiple lines from the event log display - this is what I really needed to do and it would remove the need to write the log to a file in order just to copy some lines from the log |
