Not to subvert this forum, but I've been watching the Pi/UCM thread for a while to get some intelligent controls into Comfort but I was put off by the complexity and the potential for support. If you're looking for an alternative, HomeBridge is the answer.
Using an old Pi 3, from start to finish it took me 30 minutes, and enabled every single device type in my house. CBUS (therefore Comfort), Sonos, Ovens, Vacuums, Alexa devices, TPLink modules, Nest, Ring, Unifi - you name it, up and running so easily.
This gives you Siri and Alexa support, and I believe a Google Smarthome option.
I tried the Comfort plugin, but that's not ben updated for a few years and I gave it a good shot, it didn't work well enough. The CBUS plugin on the other hands works amazingly well, so I've grabbed everything I need from Comfort through CBUS and into Homebridge. So right now, I have selected a few things to voice control on Comfort and that works great.
There's a few clever folks on here, who fancies forking the Comfort HomeBridge plugin and making it amazing?
