I have just tried another set up with C2 7.11 and an older version of Comfigurator and the same occurred.
HOWEVER
I have also tried the latest version of Comfigurator and a C1 and the command works fine. !
The reason I'm asking is because Ive just set up some virtual inputs that trigger outputs and they are all over the place ! BUT thats for another post !

OK HOW ON EARTH HAS THIS NOT BEEN PICKED UP SOONER !!!
I've done some more investigation as we have a customer waiting for installation...
Comfort 1 is fine .....
Comfort 2 7.XX onwards.......
By putting the following in the command line O!0301 We get a visual display showing output 4 ON
O!0300 we get a visual display showing output 4 off
Physically the output 3 is working ( not output 4).
If you activate the output from the screen then it visually shows the correct output and triggers the correct output. Last edited on Thursday Dec 6th, 2018 02:49 am by slychiu

There is no bug in addressing of the outputs, otherwise all the lights and appliances that we control in our office on a daily basis would not be working
It seems more like a stuck address line in the Comfort or OP01
You say controlling Output 4 affects output 5 and Output 7 affects output 8Try each output comand and let us know which output is affected By putting the following in the command line O!0301 We get a visual display showing output 4 ON O!0300 we get a visual display showing output 4 off Physically the output 3 is working ( not output 4).
I am not sure what you mean by the statement above. what is a "visual display"? are you saying output causes another visual display? Then can that visual display" be the problem?
If you activate the output from the screen then it visually shows the correct output and triggers the correct output.
what do you mean "If you activate the output from the screen then it visually shows the correct output and triggers the correct output" what "screen " and how does that trigger the correct output if the outputs are not triggered correctly

check all the outputs
eg Output 1 trigger which output
Output 2 trigger which output etc
That will help diagnose the trouble Last edited on Friday Dec 7th, 2018 05:07 am by slychiu

ive already spent best part of a xay on this THERE IS A PROBLEM
it occurs on ALL output commands in th command line. Ive tried with several C2 and they all do this . ive tried C1 and it does not.
PLEASE TRY THIS OR GET ONE IF YOUR ENGINERRS TO TRY IT.....
-------------------
open a live configurator session . Go to the output screen and make sure the status tab is ticked so the status of the output is visible.in the command line type O!0401 you will see that output 5 goes to on.

We gave already done that many times and have tested again for your benefit, there is no bug on the outputs. The firmware works correctly

We have attached a test lamp to each of the outputs and we can verify that when the output says it turns on, it is actuially on and when the outpout says it is off, it is actually off
Have you actually checked to see if the Actual Outputs are acting corredtly?
Would anyone else like to verify by doing the same test?
can you help everyone by answering the questions that I asked?

what you are saying is correct BUT now look at the LIVE comfigurator output screen with ststus ticked you will see that although the command line returns the correct reply the screen shows the next output activated and not the one in the command line.

That is what I was trying to find out when I asked the questions as i could not understand your problem which you described as a firmware bug agffecting Comfort 1 and 2.
"I am not sure what you mean by the statement above. what is a "visual display"? are you saying output causes another visual display? Then can that visual display" be the problem?
what do you mean "If you activate the output from the screen then it visually shows the correct output and triggers the correct output" what "screen " and how does that trigger the correct output if the outputs are not triggered correctly"
A correct description would have helped.
From your latest post we can deduce that the "Visual display" you are referring to the Output status display in Comfigurator and not a 3rd party display
The outputs status when "show status" is checked does not show the correct output number. It shows the next output eg Output 4 status is shown as output 5
This is a bug in Comfigurator Output status display, it is not a Comfort firmware bug. The Outputs controlled by Comfort is always correct, but the status display in Comfigurator is wrong. This is a relatively new feature in Comfigurator.
As such it does not make any difference if the Comfort is 1 or 2

OK
I believe that it DOES make a difference and here is WHY
We are using a KNX UCM in the following way:
We are trying to make KNX activate Comfort outputs to control velux windows.
KNX sends a telegram with an altered group address the group address is mapped to a virtual input ( see screen shot attached).
The virtual input is then associated with an on response to trigger the output.
The end result is that the wrong output is triggered.

You may not have understood my last post
The bug is in Comfigurator output status display only, not the actual output state.
In other words you may see the wrong output on the output status display but the correct output is actually triggered by the command
You have KNX address 2/0/1 mapped to a Virtual Input 41, and Virtual Input 41 has On response Pulse Output 13 for 5 second.
If KNX address 2/0/1 ON command is received from KNX, it will trigger Virtual Input 41 ON, which causes a Pulse on Output 13 (BTW Note that you can directly map to an Output ON or OFF or Pulse for 1 second, but not pulse for 5 seconds)
This should work - guaranteed
You may see the wrong output on the Outputs status in Comfigurator but that display does not affect what the real output is doing
Have you actually tested this?
Note that this works only for a Received Group address 2/0/1 from KNXYou cannot test this by pressing the Switch Device On and Switch Device Off buttons in the KNX to Comfort window. That sends to telegram to KNX 2/0/1 - It does not cause a telegram to be received from 2/0/1 and so that button does not trigger the Virtual Input. From your Monitor IO window I do not see any Virtual Input report so it may be that you did not actually cause the 2/0/1 device to send to KNX

Also from your cclx file your Hall Lights control has On and Off commands to a KNX address. But no Feedback so using the app you would not know the status of the light.
Having control without real time status is not particularly good when it is possible to give status
You can map KNX devices to a Flag or Counter. any change in the KNX onject will synchronise with the mapped Flag or Counter
Putting the mapped Flag or Counter in Feedback will givbe the real time state of the KNX device
