If the Vocabullary Upgrade process is stopped by Error 15 or 16, ie VP0015 or VP0016 The cause has been found to be due to the keypad interupting the upgrade at the precise time to cause an error in the Vocab Upgrade This happens in certain systems perhaps 10 to 20% of the time The next Firmware > 7.144 should fix this If you get this error in the meantime, try disconnecting the keypads (KA/KB will do) before doing Vocab Upgrade |
