In Comfigurator 3.12.1,  the real time state of Flags, counters, outputs which are mapped to KNX, CBus, HIO can be displayed  directly in the modules and the state can be changed or controlled in the KNX, Cbus, Modbus  module. This is a very useful tool for testing the mapping in both directions

UCM/KNX2
    • KNX to Comfort
    • Outputs to KNX
    • Flags to KNX
    • Sensors to KNX
    • Counter to KNX 1 bit and 1 byte

eg in KNX to Comfort, the mapped flags and Counter status can be seen

The Show status box when checked alows the state of the mapped flag to be seen
Furthermore the state can be changed to on or off

When a KNX group is mapped to Counter, the value of the counter can be seen and changed by selecting the value and entering a new value in the range 0 to 255

Show/Change Status in UCM/Cbus2
  • Lighting
  • Trigger
  • Enable
  • Measurement
For example in Lighting, the Cbus Group Address is mapped to Flags.  The Show status box when checked allows the status of the mapped Flag (and hence the Cbus group) to be displayed.

In the screenshot below, the Flag status is OFF. Click on the "Off " status to toggle the status to ON. This will affect the mapped c-bus  device.

If a Cbus group address is mapped to a Counter, the value of the counter can be displayed, and changed by entering a new value into the counter

This feature allows Cbus group addresses that are mapped to Comfort to be tested easily.
