With any reason, today my Cytech stop working.
Trying to solve the problem, i have connected pc and this is the error message:

It looks like there is a fault
what are the state of the leds on Comfort?
You may have to use UCM with Firmware prgramming cable and see if you can upgrade the firmware (to latest version)?

Reading event log, only read 2% and date and time are uncorrect (for example "88/01 05:37").

If you can read the event log, it means UCM and Comfort both are working
on UCM D9 Red is blinking and D10 Green is binking fast so it appears to be permanently on
Right Click on Modules , Scan for Modules and check that all the modules eg Keypds, UCms are found
Do a Write to Comfort with your cclx file

do you have to use UCM with Firmware programming cable and look if you can upgrade the firmware?
