Hi, 
Can Honeywell 12v/24v C02 Alarm 2 wire - can they be used with comfort?
Are there any issue to consider if they can be? Wiring considerations etc or otherwise?

12V alarm can work with comfort as the output power on control panel is 12V.
For wiring,you may refer to the Hookup Diagram here.
