I gave this one more shot and finally got it working. The ivs.zip file above is out of date, but I got the most recent one from the downloads on the web site.
Everything is now working, with one small exception. The KP04 keypad downloaded the new vocabulary immediately but the KP06 still has the old one - for example it shows store instead of shed. Pressing 1 and # does not update it.
What have I missed?
