|Hi, I am an end user. I have someone to install the Home Automation System in my home. For the last one year, it has not been running well or rather we only use the very basic feature of the system.
Lately I noticed that the door intercom no no longer dial my house phone when pressed. so what could be the reason? can I configure this from the key pad?
then secondly, I have requested for the door station to be able to call my hand phone when no one pick up the house phone within 6 rings for example. My installer said this cannot be done. I would like to have a second opinion on this.
