In the case of an alarm being triggered the system is configured to ring 2 numbers in rotation 5 times.
Scenario1: Alarm is triggered in duress mode. Phone #1 rings, is picked up, the message is listened to and then hung up. No button pushed. I would expect phone#2 to be rung at this point this appears not to happen. Is this correct?
Scenario2: Alarm is triggered. Phone #1 rings, is picked up and \'#\' only is pushed, phone is hung up. I think this is an \'acknowledge\', and will pass phone#1 and continue the 5 rotation sequence. Is this correct?
Scenario3: Alarm is triggered. Phone #1 rings, is picked up and \'*1234#\' only is pushed. I think this is an \'acknowledge\', and will pass phone#1 and continue the 5 rotation sequence, but not come back to phone#1. Is this correct?
Can we have alist of situations of how phones will ring, may be answered and actions taken, including if a dorrphone is included.
Thanks,
