Getting this when I open my CCL file in Comfigurator 2.2.0. Tried everything to get rid of them but to no avail.

How can I get rid off these?

Somehow your response number  seems to be too high
Can you send your ccl file to support@cytech.biz so we can examine?

Hi

Yes I checked the CCL file and there are loads in there (> 1090 responses!)

I started again with a blank CCL file and cut and paste between the broken and new file and now I\'m up and working again.

Importing responses saved a bit of time.  Would be nice to be able to import/export Control menu too.

I have the broken CCL file if you want to see it but I guess it was down to doing an upload from comfort into comfigurator that broke it.

Incidentally the \"monitor value\" feature on the control menu seems flaky!  I was using it to look at counters for Smartfit interface;  some times it works but mostly it doesn\'t.  Counters are displaying OK in Wizcomfort and when I request via the keypad.

Is there an easy way to see the values in all of the counters.  Would be handy for debugging.

Regards

Julian
