I lost my router, so am rebuilding my network. Got everything by the ucmPi working, I tried getting my IP using SW4 (REQ) and https://uhai.alphawerk.co.uk/finder.html, but it seems the site is down.

Matt has not been contactable lately. Can you get the IP address another way ie through the router?

Sorted it out with Fing.
When I run a trace on the UCM, I see a lot of these
Code: netserver:Fri Feb 23 2024 16:05:18 GMT+0200 (South Africa Standard Time):1:Cannot ping, not connected And the ucm is trying to connect to none existing IPs (around 5 of them) on another subnet as well. Any ideas what these might be?

Is that ucm/pi or normal ucm? UCM/Pi could be trying to connect to the alphawrks server? I cannot see the target IP

This is ucmPi.
The trace which I shared above does not show the IPs.

Maybe it is trying to connect to the alphawerks server which is down?

I don\'t think the latest version of the UCM_Pi OS software requires access to the alphawerk.co.uk domain. The GitHub page is still available at https://github.com/alphawerk/ucmpi_os

Chiu, is this project now dead? There is no activity on the Discord channel, and Matt has not posted for the last year or so.

The software has been developed by Matt, so unfortunately it depends on him. I believe the files are on Github and is openm sopurce so perhaps someone else can take over.
we have plans to do our own new development based on CM4 later this year |
