Disarm by: Response
#1
After upgrading to the latest firmware 7.210 my comfort alarm system has disarmed itself the past two mornings without any user intervention.

In the event logs I see the following at the time it was disarmed:

12/04 06:05 Sign in - User # System Response

12/04 06:05 Mode Change # Security Off
How has the alarm disarmed itself and who signed in? It is almost as if a response signed in and disarmed it but there are no responses that are set to disarm the alarm. How can I tell what response disarmed it?
Is Firmware 7.210 perhaps a BETA and maybe has bugs?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Disarm by Response means there was a Response which disarmed the system. It was not disarmed by a user

Does it get disarmed at the sane time every day?
Check Schedule > Time programs is there an automatic disarm programmed?

It was disarmed by the system then at 05h41 on Sunday morning and at 06h03 this morning.
No program changes were made and it only started happening after the update to 7.210. I have downgraded the firmware back to 7.201 to see if the issue goes away again.
The only thing that could happen is the feedback from day night sensor when the sun comes up but that is not set to disarm the system.
Thanks

Can you send your cclx file to support@cytech.biz so we can run it on a test system?

I have sent the cclx file to your support email as requested.

After having restored firmware 7.201 and the issue did not happen again this morning.
