Laser should have UCM/4G. I believe they may not have updated their product list. I suggest that you check with them

Yes there is a part number GSM/4G. But the ucm/gsm base board should have firmware version 7. You will need to upgrade to the laest firmware which will work for 3G and 4G

After the storms this week in the UK we lost power for 48hrs
my UCM/4G is reporting:- GSM Network Strength 0 - no network if i put the sim card in my phone then it seems to send a txt What else could I try?

Try a complete power down. Check that the sim card is properly inserted and makes contact and is not loose in the card holder.
Do you have 2 antennas, and did you connect the 2nd antenna? Is this a new gsm module?

SIM Solid , and I have tried with the sim from my phone as well Do you have 2 antennas, and did you connect the 2nd antenna? Both have always been cionnected connected Is this a new gsm module?
