How to disable a zone being trouble via sms or mobile phone?

As being away and without a window based laptop (only macbook is a available), and there is a zone been being trouble. Its on/off or fault/ restore states causing Comfort sending out too many sms alerts - “Zone xxxx troubled”. How we can disable this trouble zone remotely in this situation only via sms or mobile phone calls?

Call by phone to Comfort, when answer, sign in with user code, Press 3,5 for Bypass Zone. Enter zine no and # key. Press 1 for Bypass to bypass the zone

I can bypass the trouble zone now via phone.
But I can not stop Comfort to continue sending out alert sms “Zone trouble”!
What should I do: change Comfort into test mode temporally ?

If the zone is bypassed it cannot send out SMS for zone trouble bcause a bypassed zone means it is inacyive. Please chjeck which zone sends the sms and make sure that zone is also bypassed

I assumed: the sms still be sent out for a while (02 hours!) after the trouble zone was bypassed - it could be from \"the mobile service company\'s buffered memory of previously sms\".
