Upgrade with Shelly Devices

Hello  
I want replace my x10 devices with Shelly devices: 
https://shelly.cloud/ 
For control this devices, I need only that Comfort sent the following web commands:  
 http://192.168.1.244/relay/0?turn=on                       http://192.168.1.238/relay/0?turn=off

See attached picture  with my comfort hardware configuration. 
So what hardware  /and software I need  to do  that?  
UCM/ETH3 is enough  ? 
My idea it\'s not use UCM/PI.

The UCM/ETH03 is not able to send HTML commands. Perhaps UCM/Pi is able to do so
