Unable to connect to Pc

With any reason, today my Cytech stop working.
Trying to solve the problem, i have connected pc and this is the error message:

Can you open Monitor I/O and log in?
copy the IO monitor and send it

No, i can not connect with ucm more.....

Error writing configuration.  Response = NA

It looks like there is a fault
what are the state of the leds on Comfort?

You may have to  use UCM with Firmware prgramming cable and see if you can upgrade the firmware (to latest version)?

Does it mean ucm is working?
