Doorbell Alarm

My Doorbell is set to dial my mobile phone when Comfort is Armed, but the call is disconnected after a period.  How can I change the configuration to allow an open ended conversation with the visitor?

The timeout for the doorstation is 45 seconds, after which the menu will say press 0 for door station. This allows you to continue. It should not cut off and hang up

Is yours comfort 1 or 2?

Believe it\'s Comfort II, SY.  Call cut out after what seemed to be longer than 45 seconds, but did not get \"press 0 for door station\" message.

what happened after the door station mode stopped? was the call cut off ie system hang up? or was it still connected?

can you try to call in to the line. sign in and  and press 6 for door station
Does this also cut off after some time?

Perhaps somethong else is cutting the line

Comfort says : \"Select Station 1 to 2, 4 to open Gate, 7 to open Door\"
Selecting#1 opens line to Front Door Station and line stayed open for at least 1 and a half minutes, so why should it cut-out when it\'s activated from the Doorbell itself?

when you called in, after time out did you hear the menu \"Press 0 for door station\" to allow you to continue

No, waited about 1 1/2 minutes then I disconnected.  No message.

The menu should cut in after 1 minute or so. This should happen for Phone to door station, Phone to Keypad and Keypad to door station as well ie Keypad menu press 6
