problem with android mobile application

HI ,
I have problem with android mobile application i mean when completed the program and change the file to android application by using this link

when open file by comfort in android mobile need new configuration I put IP, port and any name when choice this name and press done the program direct exit 
when test application comfort and put the same configuration but without file programmed every thing is OK i mean can be only Run security in keypad 
Please i need resolve this problem

I think can you try to close the app first(do not run app at backstage also), then load the programming file in your email client.

Alternatively, you also can download the programming first, in the app there is an option called \"Import\". Then you import the programming file in the app.
