Upgrading UCM/Knx
#1
I have Comfort (6.028), UCM/Knx (5.234) and I changed UCM/Eth02 to UCM/Eth03 (7.048) and I can\'t upgrade KNX to (6.112). I upgraded Comfort to (7.057) and then I couldn\'t write to EEPROM, so I had to go back to lower version. I\'m trying to upgrade all for Android and iOS access.
Can you tell me what are the best versions of Comfigurator, Controller (Comfort II Ultra) and UCM/Eth03 to be able to upgrade old KNX? And what is the best way to do it, cable or local file?

Thanks

You should upgrade the UCM/ETH03 main board and the ETH03 plugin to the latest firmware as there are known issues with 7.048. See http://comfortforums.com/forum81/4010.html for more details.

The latest release versions of firmware for the main Comfort board (7.066), UCM/ETH03 (7.061), ETH03 plugin (General 2.14) and UCM/KNX (6.112) should all be compatible and work together. The same goes for Comfigurator (3.9.9) so just use the latest non beta version for everything. I\'ve not had any problems with our Comfort installations or test rigs.

You will need to do the initial upgrade of the UCM/KNX from 5.x to 6.x using the UCM programming cable.
