Android App no longer turns alarms off
#1
Has anybody come across the situation where the Android app no longer turns off any alarm state,
the app carries out all other functions turns alarms on ie night/day/ alarm modes, monitoring, control etc but just will not change the state of the alarm to off. this is not the case of incorrect password.
all other functions of the app work, regardless if it is set yo LAN/Internet.......
Tried downgrading the firmware but this has had no effect, I am wondering if their is something in Comfigurator that has blocked this.

Yep,  I noticed this also,  with the older app.  I have the new v2 app installed also and if I use that one it\'s fine.[size=

It should not have anything to do with Comfigurator unless you are logged in to Comfigurator at the same time

Can you use the 2nd generation android instead?

Yeah,
Second gen works fine, but it does lock up on me sometimes. i am using a htc one m8
Also, on a related topic, in the next release, would it be possible to re-introdue the colour tag of device status (green on, red off etc).
The other thing about the latest android app, is counter values cant be read anymore as it now shows a slider instead of a value ?

The second generation App does turn the system of, however I opted not to use that one as the menu\'s do not allow for incremental usage ie turning volume up/down without going back to previous menu\'s which is awkward......
Maybe on the next App change this function should be be brought back into play. Im going to go back on the firmware upgrade and see if this has any effect. (Does anyone have the first generation tablet android App, lost mine)

Been trying for the last week to use the 2nd generation App(tablet) on a sony Xperia tablet. original App works fine but as I said previously it cannot turn alarm state to Off.
The problem is that it will not import the jcrlccip, neither will it wiork when file is downloaded it opens file but does not load, and also I note on my phone when I use 2nd gen app you constantly have to update the camera function to view..........
