Good call Ingo, I vote for the same thing. With every cutting edge company around the blog, the monochrome keypad really look old school and far from what we are already used to use these days.

Agree nice, however would be better with flush mount, but is their any real need for fixed keypads anymore! I think tablet and phones make them almost obsolete, if anything the development in my opinion should go to slicker interfaces on phones/tablets or even on screen for TV/PC interface.

100% agree to be honest. Maybe a nice smart watch app as well.

I was going to give a long reply but basically the humble keypad has only one function, works great and doesn\'t hang or depend on OS features and changes. My trusty KP04s will one day be replaced by... you guessed it... KP04As. The more \'flashy\' ones I toy around with but the basics are covered.

There is no way a system should be without a dedicated keypad, I use the KT03 and would love a colour screen like the first one you indicated, but until then I shall carry on using my trusty KT03 and wait for the colour version to arrive........

Staring at the KT03 for 1/2 hour will make colours appear before your eyes
