DS02/A wiring

Hi,
Is there a wiring diagram for the DS02/a to the comfort II. 
I have looked at the manual DS01_02Man.pdf, but cannot see specifically what to connect each of the following 8 connections to on the comfort PCB:

I can see a connection diagram on page 5 of the document, but this doesn\'t appear to be going to the comfort PCB as I cannot identify all of the connections shown.

The DS01/DS02 Manual shows connections to the DM02
