Vacation mode responses for certain Users

I am using the Arm response to do a sequence of settings when armed to Vacation mode. But it is possible that when certain users enter the house (say our housekeeper) we need certain Responses not to happen.

I am using \"If UserNo = 1 Or UserNo = 2 \" to distinguish the Responses we want run if it is my wife or I that Arm the system, but it appears that these are never running even when it is only us who are leaving and entering the house.

When I look at the Event Log I can see the following entries when the system is disarmed, and then armed 2 days later:

During the arming process is looks like there is a change in User to \"System Response\" rather than UserNo 2 who was the last User to disarm.

Is this why the response is not working and if so how can I user the \"If UserNo\" Logic if Comfort is changing the User No during the Arm process?

\"Sign in - User # System Response\" means that the system was not armed by a user who identified by signing in with their code

This may be because it was armed by pressing the Keypad away, night, or  day buttons which does not require a code. The system will not know who pressed the button. It cannot assume that the last the disarm would be the one to arm.

\"User # system response\"  can also be arming due to Time Program

The arm buttons can be programmed with \"Need Code\" checked
That means that when you press the button say Away, the system will ask for a sign in code before starting the arm. This identifies the user so the If User No check can work

Thanks Chiu - I had assumed that the last User remained in the system.

I think I will rethink the logic rather than changing to Need Code. Perhaps using a flag to identify if it is the housekeeper who has signed in last and check that in the Arm Response.
