I\'m using comfort II, if there is power failure or false alarm and I\'m at home, can I cut off the call out immediately by the keypad?

Yes you can sign in on the keypad to disarm the system
This should stop the  dial out
However make sure you upgrade to the latest Comfort firmware, see http://www.comfortforums.com/forum92/3400.html
