Hi, thanks for all the responses.
Here\'s the weird thing - after reading all of the responses, I decided to write down step-for-step what was happening. Lo and behold, it now works. I cannot explain it, but it must have something to do with shutting down the machine and then restarting it again now.
To anybody else having this problem, I suggest the following. Uninstall. Shutdown. Restart and hope for the best. That is pretty much the sequence in which I did things.

1. I am running Windows Vista Business
2. I\'ve installed the latest 2.2.0 from the website (Comfigurator2.2.0_Single.zip).
