I need IFR file for samsung remote

I have to control samsung air con (ARC 439)
that is used ARC 439 code remote but i can teach \'on\' code from samsung romote but i can\'t teach \'off\' code...

i tried a lot of time but failed

or, Please recommde how to learning from IR remote

We do not have a ifr file for this remote

Are you using the latest Comfigurator 3.3.3 to learn the remote? Older versions may not be as good
What problem are you having with the learning?
