Hi all,
I got some problem when using wireless.
If i put my receiver with relay into input of comfort, it work perfectly.
But it will take a lot of relay if i do more than 8 zone.
If i put directly my output from receiver, and set the indicate zone as digital N/O zone,
it only state the name zone that trouble.
What i mean is it give \"zone 8 trouble\" instead \"doorbell\" (since i set the zone 8 is doorbell). Beside than that, i didn\'t give desire output since zone 8 will turn on output 8 but it turn the siren on (intruder type).
Please help me.

What sort of output are you connecting to the Comfort input?
If your output has a voltage, it may give a zone trouble, because the voltage is < 0V or higher than10V. You must alos connect the 0V common from your device to Comfort 0V.
Can you send the circuit of the output, or any specs that youy have and show how you are connectiong it

hello ident,
The output from my receiver is DC12V. Before this, i using relay as a interface between my receiver and input of comfort. Then when i directly connect the output of my receiver, it give trouble.
As u state there that if the voltage are less than 0V or more than 10V, it will give a zone trouble. So, what the range of voltage that can be connect into input?

Make sure you connect the 0V common of the output to the Zone COM centre terminal of Comfort, and the 12V signal to the Zone terminal.
The Zone type should be Digital N/C assuming there is 12V when the output turns on.
The Zone EOL shunts next to the zone terminal blocks should be set to DOUBLE EOL position, ie the shunt should be AWAY from the terminal block.
Test it with this setting

Have test it and same result happen. It only state zone 8 trouble and turn on the siren. I program that zone 8 will be doorbell and turn on the output without alert the siren.
When using digital N/O - nothing happen
when using digital N/C - state zone trouble

That means that your connection is wrong or your EOL shunts are not correct, or the voltages you mentioned are not correct
Measure the voltage from your device in on and off state
Make sure you connect the right polarity to the Zone. positive voltage to Zone, 0v to COM
Write a defauilt template so any programming errors are not present

i use the default template and not using any EOL resistor. the common for my receiver connect to COM at input and the output channel from my receiver connect to zone. My receiver act like this - when not trigger(no button being press at remote - it give 0V) and when trigger(button being press - it give 12V).
Do i make the wiring wrong? Because it the same wiring i use when using relay
