Strange request - but can anyone tell me where I can get an old version of configurator? I need a verson less than V2. I have lost the engineer code and understand that I can change it via an early version, then use a later version to make further config changes.
Kind Regards

You can use Comfigurator 3, which does not require Engineer Code. Use your User Code to login, then change the Engineer Code and write to Comfort
It was the later versions of Comfigurator 2 which required Engineer code

I will do that - however, since using the latest version my open front door chime has stopped working on response75. is this something to do with me having comfort1 and the latest version is all geared towards comfort 2 ?
Cheers

The Comfigurator version should not make any difference to the chime for Comfrot I or 2
Response 75 is conditional on Flag 16 being 0, so perhaps you have actiovated another Response which has set Flag 16
Check what Responses set the flag 16

We would like to get to the bottom of this so other users will not face the problem
Can you let us know what is the firmware of your Comfort?
Can you send the ccl file that you are using to support@cytech.biz
thanks

To update for the record on nickbgs problem with the chime response using Comfigurator 3.
The converted file had some Responses errors in red due to conversion
Actions like Get Security Mode are not converted correctly in Comfigurator 3 up to 3.2.4
The workaround is to double click the Responses so that the Ressponse wizard can resolve the error.
