Hi,
Just started using wizcomfort, and everything seems to be working, except sensors (scs temp etc) and flags do not seem to be reporting back ? All are status = unkown ?
Also, just a lazy query, but is there any way to use comfigurator to apply the f0 function for downloading files etc via comfigurator rather than having to manually do it at the keypad everytime ?
Thanks,
Eamon

What Comfort and UCM firmware version you are using?
Please upgrade it to the latest ULT 5.203 and UCM 5.212 available from Cytech website which have fixed these flag and sensor reporting bugs.
Did you know that in the new Comfigurator 3 software there is an option \'Require Engineer Code To Write Configuration\' under Configuration > Modules and Settings > Configuration Flags?
You can disable this for your purpose.
Another way, you can trigger the EngineerCodeEnable response from Wizcomfort > Control > Responses tab.

Comfort I UCMs (called UCM01) will not be able to upgrade firmware
You need a UCM05, UCM/232, UCM/USB or UCM/Ethernet minimum firmware version 5.178 to be able to upgrade firmware for other modules

So does this mean effectively I have to purchase another ucm just to do the fw upgrade ?

If you have Comfort II, a new UCM is a good idea, not just for the purpose of upgrading firmware, but it is also faster in uploading and downloading to Comfort. This is good if you continue to make changes to the configuration and programming.
Alternately you can ask the company where you bought the Comfort II system to upgrade the firmware for you, or ask a friend who has a UCM.

Thanks,

That could be because of the CWM firmware. What is the firmware version of the CWM?
