Can Comfort control & communicate to each light group in Lutron (Grafik Eye 3000 dimming system) & Crestron (Ilux dimming system) via IR or RS232 to KT01 touchscreen keypad or Companion/Coraccess ?

Comfort can send commands to Lutron via UCM, see the topic in Lighting Interfaces http://www.comfortforums.com/forum39/170.html
Comfort also has Lutron IR codes for all 8 scenes in the IFR library so you can send the IR codes tlo the Grafik Eye
For crestron, code must be written on the Crestron to accept UCM commands and to send commands to the UCM01. There are installations with Crestron and Comort

Not sure of your question on Companion and KT01, those can already be interfaced to Comfort. KT01 is connected directly like a keypad while Companion requires a UCM01 or UCM/Ethernet http://www.comfortforums.com/forum35/

Does it mean each light group in Lutron can be also read its status via Comfort keypad or touch screen keypad? or comfort just triger the light?

1 grafik eye will need 1 UCM & 10 grafik eye lutron will need 10 UCM ? Is it correct? How may UCM max. can be used in one comfort system?

When there are 4 light groups in grafik eye, there\'s not any input/output will be used in comfort only UCM. Is it correct too?

The Lutron interface by UCM is one way only, it cannot read the status
Lutron works by scene control so status may not be so important. If you need status you have to use the CSM03-CT current sensor and CSM03-PCB
Youneed 1 UCM for each Grafix eye, up to 8 ucms max in 1 Comfort
If you need many grafik eyes there is a larger Homeworks which I believe has a single Rs232 interface
No Outputs required if you are using UCM interface to Lutron
