Hi
Being trying to check the versions of the 3 UCM\'s I have in my system.
Assumed I could use u?11, u?12, u?13 respectively to do this via the UCM I/O monitor but nothing comes back.
What am I doing wrong. Obvously the UCM connected to teh PC reports back via the U? command but surely I should be able to get the same info back from the u? command as well.

Thats right, the UCMs need a new firmware update to be able to report their firmware version to the u? command. This requires the new flashable UCM PCB instead of the old style UCM with the U1 IC in a socket that you have. We currently do not have Smartfit firmware of the flashable type as there has been no demand for it in several years. Even so that would not solve the problem of the 69 value when heating is off
I have looked through old correspondence - this was actually reported to Honeywell in 2002 as an issue with the Smartfit protocol
