Hello,

They go to improve the aspect of the keyboard see these two suggestions. 1st to put 4 pressure keys to program in the inputs, it gives larger functional flexibility to the keyboard, 2nd to remove the controller of the audio, if it is not advisable, at least to decrease plenty his dimension, that harms the aspect.

I tend to agree with [user=1788]segurant[/user] on the austhetics here when it comes to the audio slider.  This black plastic slider cheapens the look a bit I\'d say.  Better to have a lower profile stainless steel slider in my opinion and in addition to looking in more keeping with the faceplate it would be less likely to be snagged if anyone brushes past.  The linear idea is good though compared to the rotary on the stock model as at least you can see where the setting sits.

I dont understand what is meant by 4 pressure keys to program the inputs

I read his comment as being that he wanted 4 programmable/custom keys that he could assign to responses, control menu options etc but I\'d say that\'s probably a more architectural change to the KP design than wacking a SS faceplate on the front of the existing design.

So P1 could be \"All lnside Lights On/Off (toggle)\", P2 as \"Open/Close Gate\", P3 as \"Open/Close Garage Door\", P4 as \"check outside Temperature\".  At least some examples I\'d consider if it was available to me.  Save you having to drill dowm in menu with multiple keystrokes for the most commonly used household functions.

Dont forget that any of the 16 keys can be programmed to activate any Response. The F key followed by the number key can be programmed in Control > Keypad as a shortcut. hence you could have F1 to open the gate etc so just 2 keys
A touchscreen however would be the ideal tool for this sort of thing, like the KT01
