Bugs

1.  ARM In test mode failed AC power off detection bug from 19/1/25
2.  zones higher than virtual input dont work they are seen as virtual
3. Enter new code and # key\" is anounced  for change/add user code on keypad after entering new code 2 times, but new code is actually accepted. bug for Toshiba only not ARM
   

Changes

1. Delete Mailboxes deletes engineer code as well as all user codes. The problem is many installers who installed systems for end users cannot be found anymore. If they changed the default engineer Code, then users or new installers cannot log in.
2. ETH03 on CM9001 log on can read serial number correctly. [size=\"2\" style=\"font-size: 10pt\"]Fixed BUG SN01 returns wrong value when connect by eth03 plug in
3.  Fixed Bug b?00 using ucm replied b?00FFFFFFFFF
4. Dial out to CMS increased time out to wait for kissoff from 2 to 4 seconds to reduce chances that kissoff is not received in time
5. Fixed bug home control menu did not work , was always empty \"press # for previous menu\"
