Comfigurator Crash - cc_uk - 06-15-2026

Hi  I am using Comfigurator 4.0.4.0 on Windows 11 25H2

Very often after connector to the Comfort CM9001/A I get a crash:-

Battery Monitoring :
System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array.
  at Comfort.Form1.GetBatteryVoltage(Configuration configuration)

When this happens if I look under Modules -> controller I see Battery voltage 14.19  and DC Voltage as N.A.  usually if I scan for all modules it will then work and show DC Voltage 14.97

What components are you using and what version of firmware are they on ?
